As for the technical aspects:

• If the microphone volume is too low, you can adjust it through the following steps: Setting > Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Sound > Recording (Select connected headset, and double-click) > Level (adjust mic sound).
• It is normal for the red light near the volume button on the sound card to stay on, indicating the sound card is working properly, but it does not mean the volume is muted.
• To adjust the headset microphone when others cannot hear your voice, first check if the microphone mute button is turned on. It is also recommended to keep the distance between the microphone and your mouth within 2 fingers (approximately 2 inches) for the best sound quality.
• To hear your own voice when using the wired USB headset, open the "Sound" settings, go to the "Recording" tab, double-click the microphone, and select "Listen to this device" to enable this feature.
• If you can't hear any sound when the headset is connected, first check the USB connection, then select the headset as the default input/output device in the "Sound" settings, and finally, ensure the speaker volume is not muted.
